We are affiliated to ETA and participate in all the local league fixtures.
Tennis socials are on Wednesday mornings, Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings – visitors are welcome at R100.00 each.
Our courts are available for hire at other times subject to usage by our Coach. Check the availability on the Bookings page.

Floodlights
Enjoy playing tennis in the evenings with our state-of-the-art LED floodlights, available on Courts One and Two from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The cost is R100.00 per half hour, which includes both court hire and floodlight usage.
To activate the floodlights, you’ll need tokens, which can be purchased from Charles at 082 923 4571. The light meter is conveniently located next to our pub notice board.
How to Book:
- Check the availability of floodlit courts on our Booking Site.
- Confirm your preferred time slots with Charles.
- Make the payment via EFT to the Glenashley Tennis Club account (details below).
- Send your proof of payment to Charles, and he’ll provide you with the necessary tokens and club access code.

Squad Night Tennis
Love playing in the evenings? Join our squad night tennis sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. Get in touch with us to find out more!
Court Hire
Outside of our coaching sessions, evening floodlit squad tennis, and social times on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, our courts are available for casual hire.
There are no costs for full members booking a court, however non-members may register and get access to the booking system but booking a court will entail court hire charges payable online. Once registered, and payment is made via Zapper, an access code will be sent via email. Alternatively, check court availability and get your access token from Comics.
Comics restaurant is located near the club entrance on Lindsay Drive, the token will cost R100.00. Simply insert the token into the entrance box, and the gate will open for you. Then, enjoy an hour of tennis on our fantastic courts!
Venue Hire
Looking for an ideal spot for a birthday celebration, engagement party, or business function? Our venue comfortably accommodates 50-80 guests and offers an inviting open garden area, perfect for socializing.
With a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue facilities, outdoor seating, and an indoor pub and lounge, we provide everything you need for a great event at a reasonable price.
Want to add a little fun to your gathering? We can open up the tennis courts, provide access to our grass mini court, set up table tennis, and even a dart board!
